The Human Resources Service Provider Consortium in collaboration with the Human Resources Line of Business/Human Resources Development (HR LOB/HRD) Program invites you to attend the FREE E-Learning Summer Showcase and Learning Symposium on July 27, 2006, at Gallaudet University's Kellogg Conference Hotel in Washington, DC.

The E-Learning Summer Showcase and Learning Symposium will examine the challenges Learning and Development professionals face in aligning their programs to the strategic initiatives of the Agency. This one day event will provide tools and techniques for achieving alignment of agencies' learning and development programs. In addition, more than 50 vendors will be on hand to demonstrate their products and discuss your agency's e-Learning needs. Join us on July 27th at Gallaudet University's Kellogg Conference Hotel to take advantage of this unique opportunity to advance your Agency's learning program to the next level.

• Be inspired by a Keynote address delivered by Dr. Donald Kirkpatrick, the author of seven supervisory/management inventories and seven training and management books including Evaluating Training Programs: The Four Levels, which is used all over the world as the standard for evaluation.
• Attend interactive learning sessions on strategic alignment topics such as a Practical Guide to SCORM Implementation, Lessons Learned in Transforming Training, Human Capital Initiatives, and Measuring Performance.
• Meet with representatives from more than 50 Human Resources Service Provider-approved vendors to discuss your Agency's e-Learning needs in the Discovery Showcase.
• Network with Federal colleagues during breaks. Free refreshments provided!
