GoLearn is operated out of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and offers a wide range of e-Learning products and services, as well as customizable learning management system implementations at discounted rates. Formerly the Department of Transportation’s Virtual University (TVU), the GoLearn Program was relocated to the Office of Personnel Management under the President Bush’s e-Training Initiative in 2002.

Getting Started with the OPM GoLearn Program

 A variety of options are made available through the OPM GoLearn Program to meet your agency’s learning solution needs.

Offerings via USALearning Site

For individual Government users and agencies without a custom LMS, GoLearn offers extensive courseware libraries and performance support tools available for purchase though USALearning.gov.

If you are interested in obtaining access to these fee-for-service libraries via the USALearning site, please complete the GoLearn Purchase Form and fax to 202-606-4338.

Primarily focused on supporting civilian agencies, OPM’s GoLearn Program assists organizations to effectively and efficiently achieve agency missions and enable high quality, just-in-time learning for Federal employees. Additionally, GoLearn’s representation of multiple agencies with vendors allows its clients to realize volume discounts at higher levels.
