GoLearn is operated out of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and offers a wide range of e-Learning products and services, as well as customizable learning management system implementations at discounted rates. Formerly the Department of Transportation’s Virtual University (TVU), the GoLearn Program was relocated to the Office of Personnel Management under the President Bush’s e-Training Initiative in 2002.
A variety of options are made available through the OPM GoLearn Program to meet your agency’s learning solution needs.
For individual Government users and agencies without a custom LMS, GoLearn offers extensive courseware libraries and performance support tools available for purchase though USALearning.gov.
