The National Technical Information Service, within the Department of Commerce has more than sixty years of experience providing information products and services to government agencies and the private sector.

NTIS has supplied high-volume e-Learning infrastructure and content to Federal Agencies since 1998. NTIS provides all services associated with the setup and operation of partner's LMS in hosted and self-hosted environments. NTIS provides program management, secure onsite hosting, delivery of training, Levels 1,2,3 Help Desk and registration support, tracking and reporting for Government Agencies.

NTIS is mandated by Congress to operate on a self-sustaining basis by charging appropriate fees for access to and use of its information products. In accordance with its Congressional mandate to develop new methods and media for disseminating information and to cooperate with other Federal information programs, NTIS has also developed a sophisticated suite of services that help other agencies meet the information needs of their own constituents.
