NTIS has supplied high-volume e-Learning infrastructure and content to Federal Agencies since 1998. NTIS provides all services associated with the setup and operation of partner's LMS in hosted and self-hosted environments. NTIS provides program management, secure onsite hosting, delivery of training, Levels 1,2,3 Help Desk and registration support, tracking and reporting for Government Agencies.

NTIS is mandated by Congress to operate on a self-sustaining basis by charging appropriate fees for access to and use of its information products.
