Service Providers Consortium: Introduction

USALearning was designed and created to advance America’s workforce. USALearning supports the development of the Federal workforce and advances the accomplishment of agency missions through simplified access to high quality e-Learning products, information, and services.

To achieve these goals, USALearning has identified four Federal Service Providers as approved e-Learning providers for the Federal Government under the auspices of the e-Training Service Provider Consortium.

The Human Resources Development Program's Service Provider Consortium delivers e-Learning services to the entire Federal Government under a coordinated Governmentwide framework and provides agencies with greater choices for e-Learning solutions. Together, the Service Providers are working to maximize learning technology interoperability, take advantage of economies of scale, and eliminate the redundant development of learning systems across the Federal Government.
